Disputed matters usually require additional documentation such as the contract or accepted quote, variations, proof of delivery or completion and correspondence. Where a dispute is substantive or requires a legal determination, we may recommend referral to appropriately qualified legal professionals.

It depends on the debtor, the amount, the quality of the documentation and whether the invoice is disputed. Some matters resolve quickly once a professional third party is involved; others take longer or require escalation. We don't promise a specific timeframe.
